Welcoming all parts of you, with compassion and curiosity
My Approach to Healing
After years of lived experience and professional training, Internal Family Systems (IFS) is now the foundation of my psychotherapy practice. I am a level 2 IFS trained therapist.
What draws me to IFS is how deeply it honors the complexity of our inner world — without labeling or pathologizing.
In this model, we say:
“There are no bad parts. All are welcome.”
IFS has given me, and so many others, a holistic and compassionate path to healing.
How IFS Therapy Can Help You?
🔍 Follow the Trailheads Within
Use your behaviors, emotions, feelings, and physical sensations as the starting points (“trailheads”) into your inner world.
We’ll explore the thoughts, beliefs, and memories held beneath the surface.
🕊️ Unburden the Painful Past
IFS allows you to gently connect with the parts of you that are stuck in past experiences.
Together, we’ll release the shameful beliefs and burdens they carry — with compassion and care.
💛 Lead with Self-Energy
Reconnect with your most authentic Self — the calm, compassionate leader within.
As you develop a better relationship with yourself, you can invite more joy, stability, and clarity into all areas of your life.
Why IFS Works
IFS sees your inner world not as broken or flawed, but as made up of parts that are trying to help you — even when they seem stuck or reactive.
Healing comes not by getting rid of parts, but by listening to them, understanding them, and leading them with compassion.
